This guy is HOT!  The Nosy Mitsio is an Ultra Rare Locale that is getting extremely difficult to obtain.  Their numbers in captivity are low, and their collection in the wild is very limited.  The combination of these factors makes this locale highly prized.

There is no other panther chameleon capable of displaying solid bright yellow!  This guy can turn banana bright yellow and neon green! Here you can see his calm coloration.  It is best described as a solid lime green with hints of red.  The red is most predominant in the eyes and lips.  The red lips is a highly desirable trait in the Mitsio and GT3 has it ALL!
